Do you enjoy dance and exercise? Then join our weekly classes, which offer low impact exercise, dance and movement at a steady pace to a variety of music in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. Come and join us, ladies!
Promotes fitness, and develops coordination and good posture. We gently limber up and use the whole body gradually, stretching and extending throughout all the movements. Concentrates on exercising the body without you really realising it because hopefully you are having too much fun.
Puts a spring in your step. Fitness, fun and friendship.
Wear T-shirts, trousers for exercise and either jazz shoes or flexible trainers.
